Shipping Policy
How and when your orders ship.
Processing times
We strive to ship all orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on the same business day, though same-day shipping is not guaranteed. If same-day shipping is not possible, your order will ship by the next business day.
Carriers and delivery
Domestic orders are typically shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, unless another method is requested. Expedited shipping options are available; however, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
Shipping costs and destinations
The customer is responsible for all shipping and freight-related fees. At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.
Heat-sensitive items (warm weather)
During warm weather, heat-sensitive items (such as chocolates) require 2-Day Shipping and ship Monday through Wednesday only, with insulation and ice packs included. If ground shipping is selected, we will automatically upgrade to 2-Day and send an additional invoice. Orders will not ship until the invoice is paid. See our Chocolate Shipping Policy for details.
